CBD Oil is oil containing CBD. It is generally produced by harvesting hemp plants. In the hemp plants, CBD is found in the stalks, stems, leaves and flowers of the plant. But CBD is also found in Cannabis plants that contain more than 0.3% THC.
CBD, whether it comes from Cannabis plants that contain THC or from Hemp Plants, remain the same molecule. What differs is the legality of the product (depending on where in the world you buy it) as Cannabis derived CBD can be illegal. Hemp derived CBD oil is mostly legal everywhere.
